STANDARD RETURNS (NON-KLARNA PURCHASES)
Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, all sales are final on standard (non-Klarna)
purchases. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on orders paid via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, or any payment method other than Klarna.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
KLARNA RETURNS & REFUNDS
Orders purchased using Klarna may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. For sanitary reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping is provided at no cost, subject to Klarna eligibility terms
- Returns are inspected upon receipt
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
- Refunds are issued directly to Klarna and applied to the original payment plan
- Exchanges, store credit, and restocking fees do not apply to Klarna purchases
